I’ll help you get started with your NDIS plan. My role is to make sure you understand how your funding works, build your confidence, and support you in connecting with the right services for your needs.
I provide hands-on support to make your plan work for you. This means coordinating with providers, problem-solving when challenges come up, and ensuring you stay on track to achieve your goals. Together, we’ll make your plan practical and effective.
With over five years’ experience guiding families through social supports, and my own lived experience of navigating an NDIS plan, I bring both professional know-how and personal understanding. This means I can walk alongside you not just as a coordinator, but as someone who knows the system from the inside out.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s daily routines, community connection, or long-term goals—and map out practical steps to get there.
